5. Mei Ramew: One of Meghalaya's most famous attractions is the Mei Ramew.

• The state hosts this food festival to introduce the populace to the regional ethnic communities' traditional cuisine.

• Mei Ramew is a two-day annual celebration that has been observed in Meghalaya since 2010.
